About Guilderton

Guilderton is a small tranquil town, popular with couples and families holidaying while providing a safe swimming enviroment at the mouth of the Moore River or body surfing in the fresh blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The river foreshore is grassed with BBQ's and public toilet facilites. Also located in this area is a canoe hire, Visitor Centre, Community Library, commentary boat cruise and a takeaway food cafe. The boardwalk off Stephens Crescent provides an opportunity to enjoy a wildlife/ flora stroll, taking in the white sand dunes on the opposite shore and naturally occuring limestone cliffs on the left. At the upper most reach of this scenic walk you can enjoy a splendid panorama view of the meandering Moore River as it flows to the sea

Guilderton facilites include tennis courts, golf, bowling green, children's playground, mini golf, boat cruise, canoe hire and walking trails. 

For those who wish to sightsee the surrounding area, the town of Gingin 30kms north/east of Moore River provides an historical interlude, Caladenia Mini Golf and Cafe, Fini Olives 30 kms and local wine trail.
